One of the problems new players face is how to manage stamina. This is in fact a limited resource that is spent when playing most stages. You earn 10 stamina per hour plus 30 stamina twice a day from daily missions for a total of 300 stamina per day.
At the beginning you can store up to 80 stamina and this amount will go up every time the captain level increases, up to a maximum of 165, making life much easier for you. When the stamina is full, a part of the generated stamina is accumulated in the base, however a part is wasted so it is very important to try to never get to the maximum stamina.
Among the various possible uses of stamina there are some daily and/or weekly ones which are very important and you should not skip because they give very high rewards compared to the amount of stamina consumed.
The most important thing is to make sure you reach 150 duty every day, because doing so provides a total of 40 crystals, the most important resource of the game. It is therefore important to complete daily missions. However, you will complete a good part of the daily missions by playing normally, so you can simply do what you intend to do and before closing the game check that you have reached 150 duty. If you haven’t, check out the daily missions you’re missing and complete a few.
Another very important thing is to remember to complete all adventure tasks. Starting on Monday you can accept 5, 5 more starting on Thursday and the last 5 from Saturday. Adventure tasks consume a lot of stamina but have great rewards, be sure to accept all 15 of them every week. You can accept them on the days you prefer in order to better manage the stamina, but if possible you should complete them before the day when the next 5 are unlocked. In fact, on the days when they unlock the tasks, there is also a mission that asks you to complete them and lasts until the next unlock. In practice, if you complete the tasks that can be taken from Monday before Thursday you will also get some duty.
The last thing you need to remember every day are the event stages (attack -> event) and event missions (the event tab, just under mission on the bridge). From these you can usually get rare items or good quantities of materials for the stamina spent.
To summarize, you absolutely must use your stamina to get 150 duty and complete events every day, in addition to completing adventure tasks 3 times a week.
Now let’s move on to the stage material events (attack -> attack -> material event) which is usually better to do but it is not too problematic to skip. The most important is certainly the first stage: not only twin sakura will and nanoceramics are very important, but if you already have enough you can turn them into a good amount of asterite, a rather rare currency. During the weekend, the first stage instead provides gold, which for some players is never enough, after which comes the drift world, which supplies gold pins and materials for the ELFs. Then there are the befall stages, which provide befall weapons that can be converted into phase shifters, which are always useful. Finally, there are stages that provide exp chips for the Valkyries and exp mats for the equipment, which you can do or not depending on how much you need these mats.
Another thing that is better to do if possible is the missions for the valkyrie muster, which should be possible to complete by doing various stages duing the day. The objective is to take all the fragments from the valkyrie muster shop before it closes at 66. It should be sufficient to complete the missions and maybe do the valkyrie muster stage on purpose once or twice a day.
All the rest is to be done if you have leftover stamina, but it’s not a problem if you’re out of stamina and you can’t do them. Let’s take a quick look.
Co-op raid: at least try to unlock the divine keys and buy the three trinity shards available each version. As for farming jades, there is no hurry. But remember to buy the 7 time seal boxes available every day in the shop, sooner or later they will come in handy.
Farming (usually via expedition): there isn’t much to say, it’s always a good way to use leftover stamina. And sooner or later you have to do it if you want to be somwhat competitive.
Doing new stages in story mode or chronicles: the first time you do a stage the drops are guaranteed, so you receive more items than by farming normally. You also receive 15 crystals and catch up with the story. However you are not focusing on any particular character so it is not the best from a competitive point of view. Better to alternate new stages with a little farming. Also make sure to complete all three objectives on the first try to save stamina. If you can’t, give up and try again, if you give up don’t consume stamina.
Time works (now added to material events): it gives a bit of gold pins and the value is not bad compared to the stamina cost, do it if you are missing gold pins to take all the AE cores in the battle arsenal (the gold pin shop ).
Absolutely last in the list of priorities is to complete the missions “do 20 runs” in the chronicles. If one day you have a lot of stamina, you can do it.
If you want, you can get extra stamina by spending crystals. This is actually a bad deal and if possible you should avoid doing this.
Also, there are sometimes events that consume a lot of stamina, so it’s usually best to keep at least 10 stamina potions in stock.
With this I would say that we have covered everything. For a couple of considerations on the best stages in which to farm fragments and how guaranteed drops work, you can go here .
